Avi Knotts | Founder & CEO Avi has taken computer science courses through Drexel University, the College Board, Harvard University's online programs and is an alumna of the Girls Who Code Summer Immersions Program. She holds many certifications ranging from education to software development. She has taught herself 6 programming languages as well as technology repair, and currently attends Temple University. She has spent the past 7 years actively volunteering in the community in roles such as a database administrator, choir director, software developer, educator, graphic designer, and pianist; moreover, in 2015, she traveled to Montego Bay, Jamaica to pursue volunteer work abroad. In 2021, Avi began conducting research in the artificial intelligence field pertaining to algorithmic bias. Her current findings and personal experience of late exposure to the computer science field are what motivated her to start Avi I.T. Inc. A 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that works to diversify the computer science field and alleviate the digital divide. She plans on furthering her research and publishing her reports.

Mrs. Angela J Mason Butcher currently serves as the Capabilities Manager for the NASA Headquarters Integration and Management Office (IMO) in the Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD) culminating from her inspiring career at NASA. She is responsible for leading high profile and high priority capability management integration efforts amongst several Programs, Projects, and Aeronautical Centers within the ARMD portfolio. These capabilities include aircraft, facilities, wind-tunnels, simulators, and high-end computers. Prior to her role as Capabilities Manager in the IMO, Ms. Mason Butcher was Mission Manager (MM) for future spacecraft missions within the Earth Science Projects Division at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). She managed a combined budget of over $1.2 billion for several missions: Surface Water Ocean Topography (SWOT), 2010-19, Sentinel-6, 2017- 19; Geostationary Coastal and Air Pollution Events (Geo-CAPE); Hyperspectral Infrared Imager (HyspIRI); and Aerosol-Cloud-Ecosystems (ACE) missions 2010-12, 2015-18. In this capacity, she also managed the Pre- Aerosol - Cloud – Ecosystems (PACE), 2010-14, and the Active Sensing of CO2 Emissions over Nights, Days, and Seasons (ASCENDS), 2010-12. Angela began her career as a Computer Engineer at the NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC). In this role, she was responsible for significant improvements to various systems in the High-Reynolds-Number Aerodynamics Branch as well as the implementation of a new highly reviewed data analysis and plotting system, and the development of an Employee Mobility and Training Program within the Applied Aerodynamics Division. In 1994, Ms. Mason Butcher began performing research in the LaRC Structural Dynamics Branch as an Aerospace Engineer with several accomplishments in experimental investigations on aircraft tires and landing gear systems. Using high-quality test data, she validated theoretical predictions of the viscous behavior for a Space Shuttle Orbiter Nose- Gear Tire. These predictions are highly valued by the tire analysis and landing gear community as seen in several publications. She also developed and implemented a new state-of-the-art Aircraft Landing Dynamics Facility data acquisition system. After earning her Master’s Degree, Ms. Mason Butcher accepted an assignment with the Space Launch Initiative’s (SLI) Next Generation Launch Technology (NGLT) Program Office. In 2003, she served as the Deputy Manager for Systems Engineering & Integration in the NGLT/Vehicle Systems Research & Technology (VSR&T) Project Office. The NGLT/VSR&T Project Team consisted of project and task leads from nine NASA Centers, the Department of Defense as well as industry and academic participants. In 2005, Ms. Mason Butcher joined the Environmental Test Engineering and Integration Branch at NASA’s GSFC. She was the lead Environmental Project Engineer for the Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) Project. She was responsible for leading the SDO Project’s environmental tests and integration efforts and provided environmental engineering expertise to other projects such as the John Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory’s New Horizons and the STEREO Spacecraft. From 2006 to 2010, she was the Spacecraft Integration & Test (I&T) Manager in the Spacecraft Division for the $5.2B National Polar-orbiting Operational Environmental Satellite System (NPOESS) mission within the Integrated Program Office (IPO) at GSFC. She was responsible for directing and managing technical and programmatic tasks for the I&T subsystem $149 million annual budget, which included the Electrical Engineering Model Testbed, Spacecraft Integration and Testing, Sensor Payload Accommodations, Mechanical and Electrical Ground System Equipment, and Ground Software.

Matthew Ebron | CMO Matt is a Medical Diagnostics student at the University of Delaware’s Honors College. As an internationally acclaimed and award-winning concert pianist, he has competed both nationally and internationally and has played in the prestigious Carnegie Hall. Matt’s background in music theory and his performance experience have been essential in his teaching positions, especially, his position as a teacher aid for piano students at a performing arts school where he provided both insights on their performance and mentorship. Matt is a huge volunteer in the community and is always looking for a new opportunity to give back. He’s volunteered annually at charities such as Toys for Tots and in his volunteering, he has found himself in management positions such as at the St.Elizabeth Ann’s carnival. He often combines his volunteer work with his talents by providing free accompaniment or his vocal skills to local choirs and organizations, including, the Filipino Youth Choir and many gospel choirs. Moreover, he is known for his work connecting the arts to STEM and education in the community at places such as SMArtSummer. Matt has worked in the technology field at places such as Apple, and is an award-winning graphic designer. In 2017, he won 3rd place in the nation for his Graphic Design creation with the Business Professionals of America. He used his skills in graphic design and technology to teach students in the Red Clay Consolidated School District and surrounding areas. Matt’s diverse background as a Filipino immigrant and his proficiency in 5 languages (Spanish, Tagalog, Japanese [intermediate], Mandarin [competent], and Korean [competent]) have played a huge role in our global endeavors and have allowed us to reach many.

Isaiah Jones | President Isaiah is a graduate from the University of Delaware, and is close to finishing his masters at Wilmington University. Isaiah has worked with kids since he was 14. He has spent many years working as a Camp Counselor, Behavioral Specialist, Dean of Students, Special Education Teacher, Fun Developer, Program Coordinator, Researcher, and volunteering in the community as a Choir Director. He has played a huge role in forming Avi I.T. Isaiah currently works as a Dean of Students at a middle school, where he helps students suffering from psychological issues, and manages the structure of the classrooms in the school. In 2019, Isaiah published an article titled, "Incorporating culturally responsive pedagogy within social-emotional learning interventions in urban schools: An international systematic review"

Regina Reithii | Vice President Regina was born and raised in Nakuru, Kenya. She is a proud Delawarean for the last 18 years. Growing up in Kenya’s Rift Valley in the 80’s and 90’s exposed Regina to life changing experiences having witnessed the horrors of political violence; as her hometown, Nakuru was hard hit. While incidents of serious political violence have reduced, previously impacted areas continue to experience lingering effects and security and economic uncertainties. Over the last 18 years, juggling roles as a student and a single-parent, Regina has directly supported over 20 orphans by paying for their education, and sponsoring their basic needs, as well as those of their immediate family members. Through Regina’s leadership, Upendo United Foundation is supporting 5 orphans on a full-time basis with a goal to expand their outreach to 50 children by end of 2021. Regina is passionate about empowering children through education and imparting income generating skills. While her efforts are currently focused in making a difference in Nakuru, Kenya; her goal is to extend the outreach to other parts of the country.
Chayse Tucker | Treasurer Chayse Tucker is a dance instructor from Sarasota, Florida. She has been dancing for over 7 years and started her teaching career at the age of 14 with multiple award winnging numbers. She is a graduate of the Jack and Jill of America youth group that focuses on bringing African American mothers and their children together to volunteer and help out in their communities. Chayse strives to help others and bring happiness in their lives in any way possible. In this case, she is using her skills learned through the Jack and Jill of America youth group and her teaching skills to help the community through Avi I.T.
